Windows - Main, Output, and Dialog - Windows
are how OS/2 and programs interact with you. The three types of
windows discussed in this book are: main, output, and dialog. Each is
discussed below:
- Main Windows - A main window is the window that is
opened when you open an object such as a program or folder.
- Output Windows - An output window is where a
program displays information.
- Dialog Windows - A dialog window is where a program
displays information and where you modify that information.
