PERFCLS.CMD

• Use PERFCLS to close a single view of an object, all views of an object, or an object's settings notebook. Use this function only on systems where the Workplace Shell Extensions are installed. Use PERFCLSA on systems where the WPS Extensions are not installed.

  Syntax:

  PERFCLS Name Folder View

  where Name can be:

  object title
  object ID
  fully qualified path
  

  and Folder can be:

  folder title
  object ID
  fully qualified path
  ANYWHERE
  

  and View can be:

  DEFAULT
  DETAILS
  ICON
  TREE
  SETTINGS
  ALL
